Pick a situation and call the next play. Eight original football drills cover chasing points, saving a snap and protecting a lead. Practice is free, repeatable and needs no signup.
Chase the winning score
Choose between building a touchdown drive, setting up a kick and converting a must-have down.

Fourth down. Keep the drive alive.
A kick can tie it, but a tied finish is not a win. Think about what the score requires.

Manage a short clock
Compare in-bounds gains, boundary throws, preparation time and the value of a timeout.

No timeouts. No wasted seconds.
An in-bounds gain costs time before the next snap. Watch the defense and the clock.

Nine seconds. Make room for the kick.

How do these football practice drills work?
- Choose the finish you need. Check the deficit before settling for a kick. Kicks add three points; touchdowns add seven in this game.
- Read the defense and clock. A catch in bounds leaves the clock running. Hurry costs five seconds before the next snap when it is running. A timeout or spike changes that budget.
- Try, undo and compare. Practice shows fixed play previews. Use Undo to test another choice from the same spot, or reset to compare a complete plan.
Which drill should I start with?
Start with “One point down” to practise moving into kick range. For a tighter clock, open the 17-second timeout comparison or the 38-second no-timeout comparison. Both show complete paths before you try the same starting situation.
Are these real NFL situations?
No. They are eight original situations with fixed teaching outcomes, not real match data or a win-probability model. The daily game rotates through the same situations at 00:00 UTC; it does not add a newly generated scenario each day. Practice is unlimited and saved locally in this browser. See the game rules and football clock guide for the model’s limits and the official NFL timing reference.
